On the 21st June 2007 (The Longest Day!) three men will launch their sea kayaks from Sennen Cove just past Lands End. Their destination is St Margarets Bay near Dover.
This 450 mile self sufficient Kayak expedition will test their strength, mental and physical endurance and more importantly raise money for The Fire Services National Benevolent Fund.
They will carry all of their food, camping & survival gear which will give their boats a fully laden weight of 100kg
